Background
SellWave partnered with GoNorth to enhance their ad performance for one of their brands. The focus was on optimizing the existing ad structure and improving ads to drive increased sales.
1. Objective - Maximizing Sales
GoNorth had a clear objective of maximizing sales while ensuring profitability in advertising.
From that, SellWave set monthly sales targets for the account and profitability goals (ACOS) at product level

2. Analysis - Campaign Manager
Before implementing any changes, SellWave's team thoroughly analyzed the existing structure and performance of campaigns, AdGroups, and products. This initial analysis included correcting campaign names to ensure clarity throughout the account.

4. Ads Optimization - Optimizing keywords, bids and data driven campaign creation
Once the ad structure was corrected, ongoing and consistent optimization commenced. Bidding, keywords, and budgets were fine-tuned daily, with significant adjustments made periodically based on results. New campaigns leveraging gathered data were created to further, enhance performance.
Maximizing Sales
Each campaign was optimized to maximize sales, and still focusing strongly on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Crucial parameters were swiftly adjusted if a campaign fell below the minimum ROAS threshold.

5. Results - Tripling Sales in 90 Days
Through meticulous ad optimization, well-balanced new campaigns, and an updated ad structure, SellWave achieved a remarkable 291% increase insales. The number of orders surged by an impressive 331%.
